Jointly hosted with the UK Fashion and Textile Association, our seminar covered the following areas:

  • the importance of terms and conditions of sale and purchase;
  • what happens if there is force majeure or a contract is frustrated; and
  • the impact which non-performance of a contract can have on each of the seller, buyer, agent, and distributor.

The discussion was chaired by Paul Alger, director of international business development at UKFT and led by Steve Sidkin, partner, Millie Pierce, associate and Hannah McCullagh, associate from our Fashion Law Group.
