Beautician salon Queen of Aesthetics posted content to Instagram which featured a picture of Kylie Jenner with text that stated “Kylie Jenner Package. 1ml lips 1ml cheeks 1ml jawline”.

The ASA found that the ad misleadingly suggested that the package would give customers lips, cheeks and a jawline that closely resembled those of Kylie Jenner especially as the photo included the text “Kylie Jenner Package” written around it.

The ASA ruled that ads should not misleadingly exaggerate the effect such products can achieve and Queen of Aesthetics were told not to suggest celebrities had used their products if they hadn’t.
