Parissa Torabi


Parissa advises both employers and senior executives on all aspects of employment law including advising and negotiating settlement agreements, executive service agreements, consultancy agreements, the enforceability of restrictive covenants, redundancy exercises, disciplinary and grievance issues and sickness absence management.

Parissa also has experience in advising both employers and employees in Employment Tribunal litigation, including in relation to unfair dismissal, discrimination, equal pay and whistleblowing matters.

As a member of Fox Williams’ Fashion Law Group, Parissa’s work has a particular focus on clients within the fashion sector and she has advised a number of clients in the fashion industry on employment law issues.

Parissa joined Fox Williams in September 2016, having trained at Irwin Mitchell LLP, where she qualified into the Employment team in September 2014.
