Hannah joined Fox Williams in March 2023 as an associate in the Commerce & Technology team. Hannah advises on a range of UK and cross-border commercial matters and has particular expertise in working with clients in the fashion and technology sectors. Hannah frequently advises clients with respect to their general commercial agreements as well as their licensing and agency and distribution arrangements.  Hannah is a member of both our Fashion Law and Agent Law Groups and has spoken at various events in collaboration with the UK Fashion and Textiles Association.

Prior to joining Fox Williams, Hannah trained and qualified at another major London law firm in March 2021, where she advised on general commercial, intellectual property and data protection matters. Hannah also has experience in advising large companies and private equity funds in respect of the commercial, intellectual property and data protection aspects of corporate transactions.
