Laurence is currently completing his fourth and final seat in the commercial and technology team, having completed seats in the real estate, employment and corporate teams.

Laurence Leech has experience advising on wide range of property transactions for landlords, tenants, sellers, purchasers, lenders, borrowers, developers and investors.

A large part of his work involved dealing with landlord and tenant matters for retail and commercial occupier clients. Laurence also has experience dealing with residential property disposals and mortgages for ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

Prior to joining the firm Laurence spent four years working in the real estate team of an international law firm, and he has recently completed the Legal Practice Course.

Laurence speaks Spanish fluently, having studied Law and Spanish at University.
