Tom practices in the areas of corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions and private equity. He is experienced in a broad range of transactions, including domestic and cross-border company acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and restructurings.
His current practice has a particular emphasis on private equity work, including management buy-outs, buy-ins, and venture and development capital financings for growing companies and their investors. He provides general corporate and commercial advice to clients in media and fashion businesses.
Tom’s legal writing has been published in Butterworths Journal of International Banking and Financial Law, and in addition to having participated in various legal and business seminars, he has sat on the panel of judges for the European New Venture Challenge hosted by Chicago Booth Business School.
Tom joined the Fox Williams team in January 2011, having spent 7 years with the London office of the global law firm, Jones Day.
