Liz's clients include private individuals and investors to pension funds, private companies, public limited companies and property investment companies. Liz is a member of the firm’s fashion law group and its professional practices group and she advises many clients in these sectors on their real estate requirements. She also works with clients in the hospitality and the technology sectors.

Private individuals and investors seek Liz's expertise in relation to high value freehold and leasehold residential property transactions, where she has over 30 years’ experience. For this work, Liz is assisted by and supervises a team of associates who are all qualified solicitors with experience in residential conveyancing.

Liz graduated from Leeds University with LLB Honours, qualifying as a solicitor and joining Hopkins and Wood in 1986. In 2003 she was appointed Special Counsel at US firm Faegre & Benson LLP from where she joined Fox Williams LLP as partner in March 2008. Liz is chair of the firm’s Social and Charity Committee.letttings and portfolio management will be very welcome.

From a personal view

Liz likes to spend as much of her free time as possible with her husband and two teenage daughters although much to their chagrin enjoys taking time out to read varied styles of literature, keep up with her longstanding interest in bellringing and with her role as a governor at a local school. Liz also enjoys good food and wine, skiing and meeting up with her extended family and friends (simultanously as often as possible!).
