Fashion law trends - what to know this season
Reports from fashion companies continue to be mixed. While some in the fashion industry are benefiting from the green shoots of recovery, others continue to face the prospect of administration. In this environment, prevention is to be preferred to cure so far as your legal position is concerned.
In our second annual fashion law seminar our panel of experts will address:
• fashionable discrimination - can your employees mirror your brand and what does the new Equality Bill mean for you?
• unfashionable distribution - why a recent skatewear case means that distributors can claim significant damages from their brands on termination.
• fashionable protection - making sure that you are present, correct and ready for action if the need arises to protect your brand and your designs.
