Eniga is an associate in the Corporate department and specialises in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity. She joined Fox Williams in 2005. She has acted on transactions for clients in the fashion and merchandising industry on acquisitions and disposals including share purchases, business purchases and brand purchases. 

In 2009, Eniga spent twelve months on secondment to Foucaud, Tchekhoff, Pochet et Associés (FTP&A) in Paris. FTP&A is the French member firm of Enterprise Alliance, Fox Williams' network of commercially focussed independent European business law firms. During her secondment, Eniga advised both English and French-speaking clients on establishing and expanding their international business operations through various cross-border transactions, including joint ventures.

From a personal view

Coming from an international background, Eniga enjoys learning new languages and cultural navigation skills.  Eniga is fluent in three languages, including French and Tamil and is attempting to improve her conversational Spanish. When time allows, Eniga travels to be with her family and friends in Paris where she indulges in fine food and wine.
