Douglas is a corporate lawyer specialising in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity. He joined Fox Williams in 2000.  He has acted on many transactions for clients in the fashion and merchandising industry on acquisitions, disposals and capital raising, including share purchases, business purchases and brand purchases. 

From a personal view
Douglas is an keen sports player and, more often these days, spectator. He has a particular interest in football despite being a Spurs supporter. His other interests include music, films and art.
